MallMobile™ is located in Lewis Center, Ohio.
MallMobile™ is an informational service, and provides FREE information and resources
to the public via a mobile phone or PDA. MallMobile™ does not charge a subscription
fee, or require the public to sign up or join to access the service. The service
provides the public with general information about shopping malls, directories of
merchants in shopping malls and the immediate surrounding areas; directions to the
malls, plus other information and resources to which may include special events,
coupons and offers, job opportunities, and other information and resources of benefit
to the public.
Each mall is a seperate entity, and is owned and operated by different
management companies. The malls, stores and merchants are not affiliated with MallMobile™
unless so noted.
All copyrights and trademarks of each individual mall, to include
merchants and stores in or around the mall and shopping areas whom are listed or
displayed on our service, is their own and is protected under currently trademark
and copyright laws governing the the legal owner(s).
All content on our service is
the (c) copyright of MallMobile, and may not be copied, duplicated, disseminated,
or used in any fashion or manner other than to access it via a mobile phone, PDA,
computer, laptop, or other electronic device that allows the public to access MallMobile,
and the information and resource provided herein. Any other use must be granted by
MallMobile by contacting us for permission.
The public may store phone numbers of
merchants and stores they access on their mobile phone or PDA for their own personal
use.
Changes to our Terms of Service can be made at any time, and will be posted
in this document on this page, and on other Terms of Services pages on any of our
other MallMobile sites. A date (Month, Date, Year) is posted at the beginning of
this document showing when it was last updated.
Opt-in Email - The public may decide,
at their own free will, to sign up for our MallMobile eNewsletter(tm). The email
service is voluntary only, and anyone who signs up for the service can unsubscribe
at any time. Our service is completely Spam-Free, and requires the person(s) signing
up to confirm their subscription from the email address their use. Email address
are stored and maintained by MallMobile through our sister company called Unicom
Services, and are not sold, traded or shared.
