All information submitted to MallMobile™ from merchants, businesses, organizations, associations or person(s), to include subscribers of our eNewsletter, is held in strict confidence, and is not sold, traded, shared or disseminated to any other person, company or organization. We respect your privacy.
Subscribers to our eNewsletter may, at their discretion, may unsubscribe at any time by ‘opting-out’. This can be done at the bottom of any of our eNewsletters. MallMobile and it’s employees cannot opt-out any person or company since it has to be done from the email address originally used to subscribe.
Any company information, to include credit card numbers, is not stored online by MallMobile. MallMobile will not ask you enter your credit card information through our web site at this time. All credit card transactions are done either through Paypal or manually through our company. Paypal’s policy for storing and processing your information is as follows: “We (Paypal) store and process your personal information on our computers in the US, and we protect it by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable US federal and state regulations. We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, we enforce physical access controls to our buildings and files, and we authorize access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities.” Credit card information that is called in or faxed (via a phone service) is processed manually through our Merchant Services (National City) through our processing terminal, and is not stored online. Currently, transactions from Paypal and MallMobile will show up on your statement under the name: Unicom Services or Unicom Computer Services.
